World Youth Skills Day

July 15, is recognised as World Youth Skills Day. Youths need to acquire certain skills that will help them achieve personal success and fulfilment. One of the mistakes in modern time and from the past is that youths lack the awareness about these important skills which shape the Country's future and the individual's.

The youths who are not working in current times are known as NEET. NEET stands for Not in Education, Employment, Training and looking at the statistics would really make you pray for the future of the youths. 267 MILLION are classified as NEET and on an estimate this year the NEET numbers are expected to reach 273 million.

The UN has developed a program to help the unemployed. They mainly focus on the vocational and technical aspects known as TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training). The benefits which are guaranteed to every candidate are:-

➤  Better performance in finding jobs and getting good payoffs.

➤   Higher pay-deals.

➤  Good and consistent performance in jobs.
