On this day more than a million people across the globe do yoga for 35 minutes. In yoga we give importance to our mind, breath and body. The word "Yoga" is derived from the word "yuj" which means "to unite".
Yoga is an ocean of benefits like stress relief, builds strength, regulates BP, mind-peace, sharpens concentration, etc. Yoga has helped millions to better their lives and you can too.
