World Day Against Child Labour

June 12, Saturday is recognized as World Day Against Child Labor. The main significance of the World Day Against Child Labor is to look into the problem of Child Labor and find ways to eradicate this social-evil.

The day is not just about the physical problems faced by children forced into child labor is also about counselling and protecting the children's mental well-being.

This year we have seen increasing hikes of Child labor rising up to 160 Million in 2021.This year's theme for the World Day Against Child Labor is "Act now: end child labor!". The theme motivates us to start a spark in our minds to contribute and be aware that employing a child for work is illegal and is a morally wrong idea.

We must never forget that the children of today are the leaders of tomorrow. We must join our hands together to give them the best education and health. This will improve the World in every possible way.
